  • Signing up is easy. You will sign our Membership Services Agreement in person. We will need a credit card to be kept on file. On the day you sign up, and every 14 days thereafter, we will charge your card $100. This money goes into your Wallet for you to use at Omaha Med Spa. With your first payment, we start deducting 10% from every charge at checkout.

  • Products that you go home with are excluded, such as weight loss oral supplements.

    Also, Cash discounts for toxin and filler are still payable only with Cash.

  • Send us an email to omahamedspa@gmail.com telling us that you are giving us 30 days notice that wish to cancel your membership.

    You will make two more payments, 14 days apart, and then your membership is cancelled.

    The money you have paid will remain in your Wallet and be used like a Gift Card, with no expiration date.

    Funds in the Wallet are non-refundable
