GLP1 Pricing (weekly in med spa injections)

We are currently offering Semaglutide, the active ingredient in Ozempic and Wegovy, that is compounded with Vitamin B-12. With a single injection, given weekly by our medical provider in the med spa, you will receive the benefits of two ingredients, Semaglutide and B-12. The needle is short and thin, and the shot is given just below the skin into the fat layer. No worries about dealing with pharmacies and expensive brand name pens.

You will be started on the lowest dose. This is then typically titrated up over the coming weeks to months.

Starting Dose:

Semaglutide .25mg / B-12 200mcg weekly for several weeks. Price per dose: $40

GLP1 Medications were first FDA approved for the management of Diabetes Mellitus.
We found that they worked very well to help people lose weight. Today the FDA is approving these drugs for the treatment of obesity.

- Zepbound (Mounjaro for Diabetes) - the generic name is tirzepatide

Testosterone

When testosterone levels are low, your metabolism slows down, which can lead to weight gain. With low T your body is not burning calories as quickly as it should be, and any excess calories are stored as fat.
Low testosterone can also present itself as low energy, night sweats, low sex drive, and mood swings.
Testosterone is a normal, essential hormone in both men and women. Levels naturally decline in both genders starting at age 35. If you are age 35 or older we will want to test your testosterone levels, to see if replacement therapy is right for you.
If your testosterone level is low, we may recommend a trial of testosterone replacement using bioidentical testosterone pellet therapy.
At Omaha Med Spa we were one of the first medical offices to offer testosterone pellet implant therapy.
We have perfected the procedure, which is safe, and often very effective. The procedure is done in the med spa in under 10 minutes. Using sterile technique, an area of the upper outer buttock will be selected and numbed. We then place one or more pellets into the selected fat layer of the buttock.
The warmth of the body causes the pellet(s) to slowly dissolve, leading to excellent, even levels of testosterone for the next 3 to 4 months in women and 4-6 months in men.
The cost for the procedure and pellets is $375 for women and $725 for men.
